FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers before you decide.

Can I edit the website content myself later?

You receive the complete website files. The standard website has no admin panel: editing it yourself requires HTML/CSS knowledge. If you prefer me to handle changes, the optional maintenance package includes up to 2 minor changes per month; other changes are agreed separately.

What if I do not like the first proposed design?

We agree on the design direction before development. Up to 2 rounds of minor revisions are included before completion. A completely new concept or an expanded scope is estimated and agreed separately before additional work begins.

Is 500 KM the final price, or are there hidden costs?

500 KM is the one-time development price for the agreed standard scope, payable upon completion. You buy and register the domain in your own name, and it remains your property. You pay registration and renewal fees to the registrar; I handle the technical connection. Hosting is separate: the optional hosting and maintenance package costs 100 KM per month. You may choose your own hosting and pay its fees. Anything outside the standard scope is agreed in advance.

How long does it take to build the website?

Approximately 3–5 business days after you provide the required information and materials. We confirm the timeline once the scope is agreed. Waiting for materials, feedback or additional requests may affect completion.

Will the website work well on mobile phones?

Yes. Standard development includes layouts for phones, tablets and computers, with readable content, simple navigation and accessible contact details.

Do I need finished content, or can you help prepare it?

You provide accurate company information, service descriptions, your logo and photos you have permission to use. I help organise and edit the existing material and prepare SR/EN website content. If materials are missing or extensive preparation is needed, we agree on the scope and any extra cost before starting.

What is not included in the standard price?

Databases, admin panels, user accounts, online payments, bookings and similar advanced integrations are not included in the standard offer. Domain registration and renewal, as well as hosting, are separate from the development price.
